Milena Alberti-Perez

EXECUTIVE CHAIR

Milena has worked in the book publishing industry for over 20 years, with 16 years at Penguin Random House in a variety of roles including global CFO, as well as serving on the boards of RBmedia and Overdrive. She currently sits on a variety of public, private, and non-profit boards, including National Public Radio.

Amanda Siconolfi

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Amanda Siconolfi is ILP’s Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Amanda was Chief Financial Officer of Round Hill Music, a private equity firm exclusively dedicated to investments in revenue generating music copyright assets. Prior to Round Hill, she was an investor at Greenbriar Equity Group, a $10bn private equity firm investing in the transportation industry. Amanda began her career as a natural resources investment banker at Goldman Sachs, advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, debt, and equity transactions.  

Scott Hoffman

CEO, ILP LITERARY

Scott has been advocating on behalf of authors for over 15 years, including most recently as co-founder of a major NYC-based literary management firm. His publishing experience, contacts and vision are integral to ILP’s strategy to provide financial certainty to authors and their heirs in a rapidly changing publishing environment while maintaining the integrity and creative vision of their creators. He’s also the co-author of WASTED: How we Squander Time, Money, and Natural Resources—and What We Can Do About It, which was published by Crown in 2021.

Michael Barra

CEO, ILP THEATRICAL

Michael brings decades of experience in theatre, most recently as the founder and CEO of Lively McCabe Entertainment, the theatrical development and management company behind such stage derivative copyrights as the play Clue and jukebox musical Mystic Pizza. Prior to LM, Michael served as an executive at Disney Theatrical Group (The Lion King, Aladdin); The Araca Group (WickedThe Outsiders); and founded the theatrical licensing division for Broadway Producer Daryl Roth (Kinky Boots). Michael serves on the national board of the Educational Theatre Foundation.

Thomas McGrath

CHAIRMAN, ILP THEATRICAL

Tom’s 40-year career includes senior roles in Theater, Music, & Film. A 9x Tony Award-winning producer, Tom was previously founder/CEO of Crossroads Live, a leading international theatre producer; co-founder of Key Brand/Broadway Across America including Broadway.com; co-founder/COO of STX Entertainment (Molly’s Game, Bad Moms); and Chairman of Bug Music. His tenure as President of Viacom Entertainment, including Paramount Pictures, includes 3 Best Picture Academy Awards and 14 film-to-stage adaptations including White Christmas and Footloose. Tom is a graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Business School.

Andrew Minkow

COO

Andrew has over 25 years of experience in Finance and Media. Before joining ILP, he was CFO of the New York Blood Center, CFO and Board Director of Pioneer Power Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: PPSI), and was a founding member of the Media & Entertainment Investment Banking Group at Morgan Joseph & Co. where he worked extensively with rights-driven media clients.

Mary Durkan

EVP | GLOBAL ACQUISITIONS

Mary has over 35 years of experience in Television, Children’s brands, and Literary IP, managing both creative and commercial teams. Mary has held various executive roles including CEO of Planet 24 Productions, one of the largest independent production companies in the UK in its time; MD of Literary Estates and Television at Chorion; and CEO of Silvergate Media, a Children’s IP company.

Anouska Spiers

SVP | LEGAL AND BUSINESS AFFAIRS

Anouska leads the legal and business affairs for ILP in the UK and EMEA. She has over 15 years’ experience working with leading global media and entertainment franchises. Prior to joining ILP, she was General Counsel and COO at Matthew Vaughn’s MARV Studios, and Group General Counsel at The Blair Partnership and Pottermore Limited where she oversaw all of the commercial activity relating to Harry Potter and, latterly, Fantastic Beasts.

Nicholas Dudek

SVP | CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Nick has over 10 years’ experience handling commercial valuations, financial analysis and investment decisions for large corporations and start-up businesses alike. Most recently at BBC Studios, Nick partnered senior Creative Executives across all genres and business functions in both Production and Distribution. Prior to moving to London, Nick worked at Deloitte as a trusted business advisor to the high-net-worth family groups and large privately owned businesses of Australia.

Molly Cusick

VP | NORTH AMERICAN ACQUISITIONS

Molly has over a decade of experience in the publishing industry as an agent, editor, and advocate for authors, including many New York Times bestsellers and award-winners. Her tenure as Director of International Rights for a major literary agency brings with it extensive publisher contacts worldwide and a global approach to publishing success.

Sarah Yake

VP | PUBLISHING

Sarah has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, from bookstore management to publishing sales, with the last 20 years spent working as a literary agent. In the agency space, she has worked to grow globally recognized Estates.

Noah Goodman

DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS

Noah Goodman helps steer IP Acquisition strategy and execution. Prior to joining ILP, Noah worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse, focused on media and telecom companies. He is also an optioned screenwriter and has experience in finance and strategy at independent film production companies.

Ilya Yantovsky

VP | Financial Operations

Ilya Yantovsky is a Certified Public Accountant registered in NY, and ILP’s VP of Financial Operations. Prior to joining ILP, Ilya was the Asset Controller at Hartree Partners, LP, a proprietary trading company with a focus on physical and financial commodity transactions. Prior to Hartree, Ilya spent a number of years at KPMG and EY performing financial statement audits for companies in the financial services, manufacturing, insurance, and healthcare industries. After getting his Masters of Science in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford, Ilya worked at Raytheon, where he supported the tax group with domestic and international tax reporting matters.

Ambre Megnin-Aubry

ACQUISITIONS RESEARCHER

As Acquisitions Researcher at ILP, Ambre’s focus is on creating research documents which provide a holistic understanding of authors and estates in order to identify potential acquisitions. Prior to joining ILP, Ambre worked as a researcher at Pacific Investments. Ambre holds a master’s degree in media and gender from the London School of Economics.

Jeremy Barclay

HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

Before joining ILP, Jeremy was a development researcher for BBC Studios Drama, working on Life and Death in the Warehouse which won Best Single Drama at the RTS Awards. Jeremy learned the ropes of the TV and publishing industries as a book scout, working with prominent British indies to find frontlist IP for onscreen adaptation.

Sabina Pekin

LEGAL MANAGER | CONTRACTS & RIGHTS

Sabina worked in private practice at a leading global law firm, working in both commercial litigation and in intellectual property practice. Sabina’s professional background includes experience in trademark portfolio expansion, management and brand enforcement. Sabina also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on researching the registrability of unconventional marks in the UK.

Joshua Berrocal

CORPORATE CONTROLLER

Joshua has over a decade of experience as a commercial controller working with internal business decision-makers across multiple industries. Joshua brings with him a solid foundation in public and private accounting best practices.

Hanna Ouzhour

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Hanna Ouzhour is an accomplished accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Berkeley and a master’s degree in management and marketing from ENCG Morocco. Drawing on extensive experience from roles at a prominent bank in Morocco and in public accounting in the USA, she contributes to the financial landscape at ILP. Focused on precision and strategic financial management, she is dedicated to driving excellence in the field of accounting.

Eloisa Amezcua

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & OFFICE MANAGER

Eloisa Amezcua has over 10 years’ experience in high-level administrative roles across various industries. Before joining ILP, she was the Associate Director of the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of America. She is the author of two poetry collections and serves on the creative writing faculty of the Randolph College MFA program.
