Milena Alberti

EXECUTIVE CHAIR

Milena has worked in the book publishing industry for over 20 years, with 16 years at Penguin Random House in a variety of roles including global CFO, as well as serving on the boards of RBmedia and Overdrive. She currently sits on a variety of public, private, and non-profit boards, including Scholastic and National Public Radio.

Michael Barra

CEO, ILP Theatrical & ILP Global Franchise Management

Michael co-founded ILP Theatrical in 2024 and brings decades of experience in theatre, most recently as the founder and CEO of Lively McCabe Entertainment. Prior to LM, Michael served as an executive at Disney Theatrical Group (The Lion KingAladdin); The Araca Group (WickedThe Outsiders); and founded the theatrical licensing division for Broadway Producer Daryl Roth (Kinky Boots). Michael has covered theatre industry trends for media outlets including Fortune, is the President Emeritus of The Players in NYC, and serves on the national board of the Educational Theatre Foundation.

Amanda Siconolfi

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Amanda Siconolfi is ILP’s Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Amanda was Chief Financial Officer of Round Hill Music, a private equity firm exclusively dedicated to investments in revenue generating music copyright assets. Prior to Round Hill, she was an investor at Greenbriar Equity Group, a $10bn private equity firm investing in the transportation industry. Amanda began her career as a natural resources investment banker at Goldman Sachs, advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, debt, and equity transactions.  

Mary Durkan

PRESIDENT, ILP LITERARY

Mary has over 35 years of experience in Television, Children’s brands, and Literary IP, managing both creative and commercial teams. Mary has held various executive roles including CEO of Planet 24 Productions, one of the largest independent production companies in the UK in its time; MD of Literary Estates and Television at Chorion; and CEO of Silvergate Media, a Children’s IP company.

James Meader

President, Publishing - ILP Literary

James Meader has nearly 25 years’ experience in book publishing, most recently as Associate Publisher of Penguin Random House’s Vintage Books, where he oversaw Vintage Classics, Everyman’s Library, and the publisher’s vast backlist, and before that as Associate Publisher of Macmillan’s Picador imprint. In a career spanning publicity, marketing, and editorial, James’ primary focus is in working with authors, estates, and their agents to secure vital legacies while identifying fresh opportunities, introducing classic works to a new generation of readers.

Jennifer Bassuk

President, Partnerships - ILP Literary

Jennifer Bassuk has more than 20 years of experience driving strategic partnerships across book publishing, media, digital platforms, and urban farming, she has held leadership roles at Amazon, Audible and News Corp. and led complex acquisitions and global licensing deals with authors, agents, and content partners worldwide. A trusted dealmaker, board member, advisor, and former attorney, Jen brings deep industry expertise, passion, grit, and an extensive network to drive lasting impact.

Thomas McGrath

CHAIRMAN, ILP THEATRICAL

Tom’s 40-year career includes senior roles in Theater, Music, & Film. A 9x Tony Award-winning producer, Tom was previously founder/CEO of Crossroads Live, a leading international theatre producer; co-founder of Key Brand/Broadway Across America including Broadway.com; co-founder/COO of STX Entertainment (Molly’s Game, Bad Moms); and Chairman of Bug Music. His tenure as President of Viacom Entertainment, including Paramount Pictures, includes 3 Best Picture Academy Awards and 14 film-to-stage adaptations including White Christmas and Footloose. Tom is a graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Business School.

Nicholas Dudek

SVP | CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Nick has over 10 years’ experience handling commercial valuations, financial analysis and investment decisions for large corporations and start-up businesses alike. Most recently at BBC Studios, Nick partnered senior Creative Executives across all genres and business functions in both Production and Distribution. Prior to moving to London, Nick worked at Deloitte as a trusted business advisor to the high-net-worth family groups and large privately owned businesses of Australia.

Kent Nicholson

SVP | Global Franchise Management

Kent Nicholson is a producer, director, and arts executive with nearly 30 years of experience developing and producing new theatrical work across the United States. Prior to ILP he served as Senior Vice President of Artistic Services and Acquisitions at Broadway Licensing Global, where he lead the strategic acquisition of titles and development initiatives across the company’s imprints.

Jessica Mariani

VP Legal and Business Affairs

Jessica is a strategic business affairs executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading business affairs for high profile global portfolios. Before joining ILP, Jessica spent 9 years as Senior Director of Legal Business Affairs for NBC Universal. There, she served as head of business affairs for Universal Creative, allowing her the privilege of working with some of the world’s most recognizable IP including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Nintendo, and various Universal Pictures franchises. Jessica’s legal career began at Electronic Arts, working in licensing, rights management, and business affairs for the EA SPORTS production and development teams. 

Sarah Yake

VP | PUBLISHING

Sarah has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, from bookstore management to publishing sales, with the last 20 years spent working as a literary agent. In the agency space, she has worked to grow globally recognized Estates.

Ilya Yantovsky

VP | Financial Operations

Ilya Yantovsky is a Certified Public Accountant registered in NY, and ILP’s VP of Financial Operations. Prior to joining ILP, Ilya was the Asset Controller at Hartree Partners, LP, a proprietary trading company with a focus on physical and financial commodity transactions. Prior to Hartree, Ilya spent a number of years at KPMG and EY performing financial statement audits for companies in the financial services, manufacturing, insurance, and healthcare industries. After getting his Masters of Science in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford, Ilya worked at Raytheon, where he supported the tax group with domestic and international tax reporting matters.

Jeremy Barclay

HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

Before joining ILP, Jeremy was a development researcher for BBC Studios Drama, working on Life and Death in the Warehouse which won Best Single Drama at the RTS Awards. Jeremy learned the ropes of the TV and publishing industries as a book scout, working with prominent British indies to find frontlist IP for onscreen adaptation.

Nicole Meek

Associate Director, Legal Business Affairs

Nicole is an accomplished legal and business affairs professional with experience in managing complex intellectual property portfolios, with a focus on trademark, copyright, and brand strategy across media, entertainment, and consumer products. Prior to joining ILP, she served in Legal Business Affairs at NBCUniversal, where she worked extensively with world-class intellectual property, advised on large-scale, global projects, and partnered with creative, marketing, retail, and consumer products teams to support trademark clearance, copyright compliance, and consistent brand use across thousands of assets. Earlier in her career while working in private practice, Nicole built a strong foundation in intellectual property, licensing, and brand management, developing a practical, business-forward approach to legal strategy while maintaining brand integrity and enhancing brand equity. 

Mitchell Chassé

Royalty Processor

Mitchell Chassé is a producer and personal assistant with a background in stage management and theatrical production. He has supported productions across Broadway, Off-Broadway, and immersive entertainment, combining artistic collaboration with precise logistical coordination and strong administrative support.

Ambre Megnin-Aubry

ACQUISITIONS RESEARCHER

As Acquisitions Researcher at ILP, Ambre’s focus is on creating research documents which provide a holistic understanding of authors and estates in order to identify potential acquisitions. Prior to joining ILP, Ambre worked as a researcher at Pacific Investments. Ambre holds a master’s degree in media and gender from the London School of Economics.

Sabina Pekin

Director, Legal and Business Affairs

Sabina worked in private practice at a leading global law firm, working in both commercial litigation and in intellectual property practice. Sabina’s professional background includes experience in trademark portfolio expansion, management and brand enforcement. Sabina also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on researching the registrability of unconventional marks in the UK.

Bradley Schlagheck

Executive Assistant

Bradley Schlagheck is an accomplished arts administrator and former professional performer whose career bridges creative expression and organizational leadership. Previously as Manager of Professional Musical Licensing at Broadway Licensing Global, he oversaw theater partnerships, contract execution, and production royalties. A former Soloist with Boston Ballet, he later performed in the Broadway and national touring productions of An American in Paris and in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. He also serves as seasonal Company Manager for Cirio Collective and owns Foundation Home, an organizing and decor company. Bradley blends artistry, strategic vision, and administrative excellence to strengthen and support executive operations at ILP.

Yoni Weiss

Theatrical Coordinator

Yoni Weiss is a director, writer, producer, and literary manager who bridges artistry and administration to help theatrical ventures thrive. Before joining ILP, Yoni served as Manager of Acquisitions & New Work at Broadway Licensing Global, where he championed enduring legacies and emerging voices across the Dramatists Play Service and Playscripts imprints, collaborating with major brands and artists to develop, license, and elevate new work for the stage.
